What is Outpatient Physical Therapy?
Physical therapy uses exercises, hands-on massage, heat therapy, and other treatments to restore or prevent the loss of your abilities and improve mobility and independence. Your physical therapist works closely with your physician to deliver a comprehensive and tailored plan specific for your recovery. Additionally, our therapist will give you instructions on how to continue your progress at home with exercises and self-care.
