Biography
Upen Vyas, DPT is a certified Physical Therapist.
Before joining The CORE Institute, Upen cared for patients as a Physical Therapist in Michigan for 13 years. He has extensive training in an outpatient orthopedic setting, establishing appropriate plans for care and collaborating with other medical professionals to ensure each patient is provided the best possible care. He is passionate about providing evidence based and individualized care.
Upen earned his doctoral and graduate degree from Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan. While attending Oakland University, Upen completed two years of hands-on residency training in Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy (OMPT) and board certification as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS). He received his undergraduate degree in India from Rajiv Gandhi University.
