Biography
Kristin Alvira, PTA is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant with expertise in therapeutic techniques to reduce pain and symptoms.
Prior to joining The CORE Institute, Kristin cared for patients at an outpatient pain and rehabilitation practice in Lathrup Village, Michigan. She utilized manual therapy techniques to reduce pain and symptoms, established therapeutic exercise programs, and provided patients with comprehensive home exercise programs. She has experiences as a group fitness instructor and personal trainer, focusing on helping others maintain a healthy and active lifestyle.
Kristin earned her degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant from Baker College in Flint, Michigan, graduating summa cum laude. She is a member of the American Council on Exercise and certified in kinesio taping.
