Biography
Eric Neal, PT, DPT is a board-certified sports physical therapist specializing in treatment of orthopedic musculoskeletal injury and vestibular dysfunction.
Prior to joining The CORE Institute, Eric cared for orthopedic patients with a number of physical therapy organizations, including Orthocarolina. Over the years, he has had the opportunity to work with patients ranging from active adults to professional athletes. Eric is a certified Sportsmetrics Instructor, which provides athletes with ways to prevent ACL knee injuries. He has completed the APTA co-sponsored competency-based course series in vestibular rehabilitation. Eric has also attended multiple courses to help patients recover from mild brain injury including concussion.
Eric received his doctoral degree from the University of Michigan – Flint. he also earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan – Flint.
Eric is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and the Sports Physical Therapy Section (SPTS).
